FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Prof. Redouane Rabii
Professor Redouane Rabii is a distinguished Moroccan urologist and thoracic surgeon, serving as Chief of Surgery at the Ibn Rochd University Hospital Centre in Casablanca β the largest teaching hospital in Morocco and one of the most important medical institutions in the African continent.
He is the founding president of ICDSE, established to unite scientific research, technological innovation, and economic development into a single national and continental mission. Under his leadership, ICDSE has earned recognition from the Moroccan Parliament and is endorsed by senior figures of the Kingdom.
